Yo!
With the old reel tapes (not with cassette tape, it’s too tiny to handle) it was possible to cut it with a razorblade and make a loop. It was also possible to press the tape slightly against the head while fast for- or backwarding, and also reduce speed with one hand against one reel. Similar what the scratchers and Dj’s do today at the turntables. Made some interesting sounds.
So this turns into the question of the speed of life and changing life. What happens, if we slow down. What happens, if we say: I don’t want to be flexible. What does flexibility mean?
In the end we are the puppet on a string, who dances as the master wants.
Before we start living backwards, we should slow down, because the change of direction would tear us apart… And then it’s time to become younger and younger… Making things we could not do during youth. Making now all the mistakes, we avoided before. Sex, Drug’s, Rock’n Roll. Well… eh… forget about the drugs. Dying while getting young again, don’t have to be the worst.

I think that if you can’t see that Coldplay ripped off Alizee here, then you probably need to get down off of Coldplay’s jock. Jen ai Marre the song that Coldplay stole has been around for at least 5 years and was an international hit. Listen to the vocal notes, especially during the chorus, if you can’t see that it’s a ripoff then you’re pretty blind…or deaf maybe ^_^
